went xmas shopping just now and i have finally settled everybody's pressies!! walked till my feet ache sial (which rarely happens when i go shopping). but there were just soooo many pple. everywhere i go is people moutain people sea. am glad with my purchases and i hope everybody will like what i got for them... :)

Friday...

Went to watch the holiday with LM, Jov n Jon. And I only have one thing to say: JUDE LAW IS SO SO SO SO SOOOOOOO CHARMING!! I almost melted in the cinema. He is soooooooo charismatic. His smile, his eyes... OMG!! 怎么会有那么帅气的人啊? Oh gosh. Anyway, I enjoyed the show throughly. Its those kind of very romantic, very sweet movie which makes you go gaga and makes u feel like falling in love. But theres only one problem... Where is my Jude Law?? Keke...

if only i can wake up to Jude Law serving me coffee every morning...


After the movie, we met up with sis and Jez. Wanted to go DXO but looking at the crowd going in, we decided to go MOS instead. On the way to the car, as it was past midnight, they sang me a birthday song in the middle of the pavement!! Haha. MOS was crowded as usual. Stayed at room 54 most of the time but I think their retro music sucks BIG TIME!! The retro music is sooooo retro that I think its all songs from the 70s.

Nevertheless, we danced all the way till 4+ and I reached home at abt 6, and finally hit my bed at 7. And then woke up at 9 went to the market to pass FP to aunty Lim, chatted with her for awhile and headed back home again where daddy has cooked mee suah for me. Yummy!! Mummy also bought a cake for me so after lunch, was the cake cutting session. Napped for about 1 hr before I rushed to suntec to meet Kelly. This pretty babe has lost 5kgs and was complaining to me that her pants are all so lose now they are now like dropping off her hips. I told her to jia you, lose another 5kgs by jan and we can go shop for CNY clothes together nxt year. :) and she also has decided to attend Jan SCS!! (this is one of the best news I received on my birthday!!) :D :D


After Kelly, went to meet M.E. He actually arrived while I was still with Kelly and I asked him to wait for me so he told me to go look for him at conrad hotel as he cannot stop his car at suntec. When I got to conrad, I was expecting him to be pissed off for my being late since he is an eccentric uncle. Keke. Thankfully, he wasn't. And so we went 渌青青 for my birthday dinner. Ordered lots of food and didn't manage to finish all (felt a bit bad to over order).


I actually enjoyed the dinner more than I thought I would. Haha. Towards the end of the dinner I realised that I had not changed any RM for my trip to Malaysia on Sunday. And he hurried me to finish my food and rush me down to the money exchanger at parkway. Along the way he kept asking me to walk faster cos he was afraid that the money exchanger will be closed as it was nearing 9 by then. Thank god when we reached parkway, there is still a money exchanger that is opened and he even lend me $$ to exchange first cos I have no time to go to the atm. Hiaks. :p


After I have got my RM, we went back to the car and he told me now can walk slowly le. Just now I was hurrying you because I was afraid the money changer will be closed. Haha. He is more kan jeong than me lo. Actually he is a very nice person with a very kind heart. Just that his character is a little mismatcher and KL. Sometimes I think he just purposely wanna be KL. Haha.


Went home after that, took a 1 hr nap and then took mrt to Jurong East with sis where we will set off to shah ahlam. :) I guess I was really tired cos I actually managed to sleep on the coach. I usually have problems sleeping on coaches. We reached shar alam stadium at 6.30am. Washed up and went to the big tentage where there are a lot of stalls selling food. The locals usually go there for family breakfast. But sadly, there isnt anything suitable for vegetarian. In the end, we ended up eating nasi lemak and egg. :s


After our hearty breakfast, we went to shar alam stadium and waited for the talk to start. It was a rather long wait and the weather was sooooo hot!! Thankfully there were a group of us so we chatted and talk cocked while we waited. :)





Though I have heard Steve Chan’s audio and tapes before, it was nothing like listening to him life. He is so full of energy, his energy level is simply amazing!!! After the talk, we adjourned to quality hotel for Dr George’s session. Dr George’s session hit me (or it hit me that it didn't hit me). It got me thinking. Rich was saying, such a pretty lady but emotionless. Y? He asked me why. I couldn't answer. Is this a way of shutting off? Am I evading from something? Some food for thought...


Anywayz, took the coach back to sgp and slept all the way back as well. Reach sgp at about 4.30 in the morning and bobby was such a kind soul to send us home. Finally reached home at about 5.30, went shower, took 1 indinine and off to lala land I went all the way till 2pm yesterday. Haha :p


This sort of sums up my weekends. The only sad thing that happened is my camera is spoilt since sat evening. My auto focus is off. :( I dunno how it happened as I didn't dropped it or anything. Hence there are only very few pics. Sobs sobs. Will be bringing it for servicing one of these days. I hope I can get it back before the festive. :)


Lastly, I would like to thank everyone sending me your wishes. My hp started ringing non stop since sat am. Though I did not celebrate my birthday this year, but this is a year where I received the most wishes. It makes me happy to know that my friends remembered my birthday. And just a sms wishing me happy birthday brings a smile to my face. :) thanks to:

Was on MC on monday as I was too tired to get out of bed suffering from quite a cough. Its such a pure joy to be able to sleep till 11am on a Monday morning. Sweeeet :)


Bought a new pair of track shoes on Saturday because my old pair of trainers was hurting my toes. Halfway through the combat class, my toes were really painful and I tell myself I have got to get a new pair of shoes!! Got it at $40 cheaper. :p

Bought an orange tube dress yesterday as well. Was actually out accompanying sis shopping but ended up me buying a dress as well!!


I must seriously stop shopping... Have bought a camera, 2 dresses, 1 pair of track shoes this month. Not to mention my sibeh swee hp number... (oh ya, I have changed my hp number. Please email me or call my old number to get it from me if you still do not have it yet!!). And I still have tonnes of xmas presents to buy. And going to KL this weekend. Woohoo!!

Lomantic dinner at indinine

Had a lomantic dinner with sis, joven n jon last week at indinine cafe. :)



lomantic sial... dim lights and we are the only table... ma chiam we booked the place lidat... ;p


Was supposed to have dinner with joven and jon but sis and I were in an appointment, so we asked jov n jon (J & J) to go indinine to order food first. But by the time we were done with our appointment, it was already about 10+. And by the time we made our way to the 3rd level The Tropics, the place was already quite dim cos all the shops/cafes were closed. Indinine was closed as well and we saw Joven and Jon sitting and waiting with a table full of food. We were expecting them to finish eating le but they didn't even touch a mouthful of food cos they waited for us to come to eat together... So sweet... Especially when Jov was complaining that he was very hungry since 8+... And very touched.

So we dined by the dim light. So lomantic, like candle light dinner lidat. Though the food has turned cold, but they still taste yummy (prob cos we all too hungry le.. Keke). We ate, gossiped, joked till all the lights went off and we took out sis’s super bright LED torchlight and started clearing the plates nicely on the table (since indinine is closed le).


Didn't know indinine can be so lomantic right?? So guys, next time u know where to bring your gal to for an economic, lomantci dinner... But be prepared to eat cold food though... Keke...

Im such a scatter brain lately...

Yesterday morning I had to head back home twice because I forgot to take some stuffs. Then in the evening, I wanted to go Suntec but board the wrong bus and ended up at Steven’s Road instead. :s


This morning I forgot to bring my office when I went out. Just now, I met KW for lunch and he asked asked if I wanted tp gp tanglin mall for lunch and I thought that he meant great world city.


KW : so shall we walked to tanglin for lunch?
Me : what?? U really wanna walk? So far. How to walk?
KW : not very far mah. Is it within walking distance?
Me : huh? Lidat considered not far? Cannot lah. From here walk to great world city I will faint.
KW : my dear gal, I am talking about tanglin, not great world city!!

Wanted to get the pink one initially but it was out of stock so i got the white one instead, which i think is nicer actually... but pink is my lucky colour lah... :p

I left my house with my space gear, went into my space rocket, we about to start the journey, when I remembered that I forgotten to off the gas stove in my kitchen, forgotten to water my plants and scrub my toilet bowl before I leave. And I had to return home because its dangerous to leave the gas on, and my plants will die if I never water them and I cannot leave my house with a dirty toilet bowl.

But TRUST me, I will get the moon for you next month

Not feeling too well today. Headache, slight flu, eyes slightly swollen and swollen gums. Think I am too heaty (热气). :(
I will be well and feeling fabulous by tomorrow because tomorrow is QQ’s ROM!! YAY!!


Yesterday had a hell time at home. A group of people were singing KTV at my blk. And they started singing from morning all the way non stop!! After lunch, max tah buleh tahan the horrendous singing and asked me and sis if we wanted to go gia gia. But me and sis were in the nua mode so we dilly dally till... One lady started singing... And her singing sounds like 杀鸡!! Especially on the high notes and she will stretch her voice to reach into a faultisso. Wah lau, Her singing makes me wanna bang my head against the wall and shaft an apple or a durian into the singner’s mouth so that she will stop singing. Yes, its THAT BAD and it has the effect to make people GRUMP.


And that was the last straw. I ran out of my room and told sis: 我受不了了!! 我要出去!! Seriously, if I were to listen to such “beautiful” singing any longer, I will go crazy. So I went to bath and get ready to go out but by the time we finished bathing and all, they stopped singing le. So the desire to go out is dropped by 50%. But I have already changed and all!! So...i decided to use my master of persuasion skills... :)


Rule no. 1:

If I can influence anybody...

Sis was using the computer. Max was watching TV. Ask sis if she still wanna go out and she said: waiting for you lor but never budge a single inch.


Rule no. 2:

If I cannot influence that person, I will influence the person who can influence them.

So I shifted my attention to max since he was the one who said he wanna get out of the house since morning.


Rule no. 3

Ask questions, find out the needs of the person you want to influence. What is their hot button?

So I started this conversation with max:

me: u still feel like going out??
max: dunno leh. I anything one. Up to you sisters lor.
me: y u keep insisting to go out just now?
max: cos of the KTV lah. I cannot stand it. But now end le so im ok le.
me: later we go shopping then where u go?
max: I’ll go to thehk café and drink tea while u sisters go shopping
me: ok, then we can have dinner outside as well right??
max: yeah
me: hmmmm... (thinking... What food is there at TM that can entice max?? And suddenly I tot of it!!) we can go cartel and eat the viking ice cream!!
max: **eyes suddenly widens 10x and lit up**
me: (but I still need confirmation) on a scale of 1-10, how much you wanna out now? 1 being the least and 10 being the most.
max: 5
me: what about just now before the KTV ends leh?
max: 8
me: what if we go out and later go cartel eat viking ice cream aft dinner?
max: 7

BINGO. I raised his desire lvl to get out of the house.

me: then u ask my sister hurry up lah. I can leave the place anytime le. :D

So eventually we went cartel for dinner. And I wanna complain!! The 3 of us ordered forest of mushroom pasta, mushroom crepe and nachos. And prior to the order, we told the waitress not once but more than 3 times that we are vegetarians and we got her to confirm that all the 3 dishes we ordered are vegetarian safe, especially the nachos. And she went and came back and said yes, all are vegetarian safe.


So our food came, and we began to tuck in. I was happily eating the nachos when I saw something that looked like minced meat sticking out from the bottom of the stack of chips. We got the waitress, she went to ask the chef and she came back n told us its chicken meat. DUH??!! Which part of “we are vegetarians” did she not understand?? But the waitress was very nice, she kept apologizing and she said her manager will see to the problem and she took the plate of nachos away.


We continued eating, and I noticed one of the suff came and took our bill away and returned with a new bill. The nachos was omitted from the new bill. Minutes later, the manager came and just told us matter of factly: we have removed the nachos from your bill already. And walked off. No apologies, not even a smile on her face. Wah kauz, this is not what I expect from a manager. Where is the service?? And they just removed the item from our bill without asking if we would like to exchange it for something else or not. What kind of service is that? It is obviously their fault because prior to ordering the nachos, we did ask the waitress specifically if the nachos is vegetarian safe, if the sauce used is vegetarian safe. And max even said: just omit out any ingredients that has meat. And we got such attitude from the manager. KNN.


Luckily we ended our dinner with the viking ice cream. So that salvaged our dinner a bit but the service of the manager is simply unacceptable!!

If I can present an award to this question, I will present it the most over asked and N.A.T.O question of the year. Haha. After experiencing all these NATO citizens, I truly understand and appreciate the phase action speaks louder than words. Now lets see if that anon guy whom claim himself to handsome, smart, romantic, rich is a NATO citizen or not. :p


Anywayz to Mr anon: you will definitely be a catch (if you are really like what you claim, handsome, smart, romantic & rich) if I am just looking for a boyfriend (or steady... Wahaha). But yours truly here is looking for a lifetime partner ah. So too bad lah. Keke :p

Met CL ystd. He happened to be around town and I was at suntec and so we decided to meet up for some catching up. It has been quite sometime since we met and in the past when we liase, its always regarding work issues so its actually quite a weird feeling that we were chatting about ourselves, about our lives. And he gave me a disc of oldies. I wonder what it meant. That im getting old??


So we were chatting and we were talking about travelling and holidays and he suddenly asked:

C: have u been to europe?
me: nope
C: I want to go europe tour one of these days. Has been thinking to go there for a long time but didn't have the chance and time to go.
me: which part of europe u want to go?
C: the whole of europe. U thought of going europe before?
me: of cos!!
C: want to go with me??
me: hahaha (change topic)

10 mins later

C: im still waiting for your reply. Want to go europe with me?
me: cant lah. I need to save money
C: don't worry, if I invite you along to the trip, it will definitely be all expenses paid
me: no, no, no...i cannot accept (change topic again)


If he ever asks me to go europe again, Im gonna reply: sure!! But I need to bring my mummy along cos I need her to pat me to sleep at night and without mummy’s smell at night, I cannot sleep. Haha :p

Ever notice how the terms we use for our other half changes as we grow older?


All the way back when we were still in sec school, when we were in our teens, where we were young, sweet and innocent, the common term use was STEAD (short form for steady).

Frens will term their boyfriends or girlfriends as STEAD (short for STEADY). Like...

“MY STEAD SAYS THIS, MY STEAD SAYS THAT”

Or

“DO YOU WANT TO BE MY STEAD??”

or

“要走STEADY吗?”

or the classic will be

“AI GIA STEADY MAI?? WO AI GIA GU GU EH, STEADY EH”

After some years, when we get past the teens stage, as evolve from an ah lian into a swanky young adult, we stopped terming our partners STEADY or STEAD. I guess that sounded too childish. We called our partners my boyfriend/girlfriend or my boy/my girl for short.

And after some years, when we enter the quarter of the century, we termed our partners our SO (Significant Other). I guess it because at this age, we are more or less looking for someone whom we can settle down with, and hence so we termed our partner as the SIGNIFICANT OTHER.


In my definition, in your life, you can have a lot of steads, a lot of BFs/GFs but only 1 SO. Cos you SO will be the one who will spend the rest of your lives together.


Till now, I still cringe when I listen to radio and some juvenile call in and want to dedicate the next song to my stead. Ewwwwww...

good movie, good year

Caught the movie a good year on Sunday. Initially we feared it would turn out to be a very arty farty show but thankfully, the movie turns out to be quite a nice show. I actually quite enjoy movies by Russell Crowe (a beautiful mind, the gladiator, the insider).


Anywayz, 2 phrases from the movie left a deep impact on me...


Winning is not everything. Its THE ONLY thing.

Yes I truly agree with the is the only thing. I believe that the moment you enter a game/competition, your mindset is very important. Are you there to WIN? Or are you there to TRY to win? Or you are there to TRY NOT TO LOSE? If your mentality is just to try to win or try not to lose, then you will definitely lose the game/competition. And the problem with people nowadays is that they only play not to lose, they don't play to win.


And


Failing is OK. Just DON'T make it a HABIT. Yeah, failing is ok. If you cannot embrace failure, how do you embrace success? But LEARN from your failure and make sure it never happens again. :)

My IT guy is so cute lah. I was sort of on an apple craze last week so I went to the super market below my office and bought a lot of apples. Thereafter every time he complains he is stressed or hungry, I will ask him: want apple?? Then yesterday I was commenting that my apples ran out liao and I have to go to the super market to get some fresh supplies. And this morning, when I came to work, I see 2 big red fuji apples on my desk. Haha. So cute hor.

bowling 101

A lot of people commented that my face and my voice don't match, especially over the phone. When I asked them how so, they are unable to tell me why. They just say my outlook and voice don't suit each other.


Anywayz, now there’s a chance to hear my phone voice everyday. Just call my office line and you can hear my “automatic voice operator” voice. Initially I successfully siamed and got them to get my other colleague (IL) to do the recording for them. But the next day the management wanted to change some of the settings and IL wasn't in office that day and so the job landed to me. Yeah, so if you have my office number, you will hear me asking you to dial the extension number of the person you are looking for or press 0 for operator assistance. I told my colleagues I will never call our office number again cause I cringe at hearing my own voice on the other line but my colleagues all said that I have a very sweet voice, sounded very professional, definitely better than the previous colleague. And one of them even said I speak like ang moh sia. :p


Last sat... I managed to breakthrough!! Went bowling with dreams inc people. 1st game, I faired horribly. Only managed 50+ points. 2nd game, with the motivation that winners get to play the game for free, and what I had learnt from THE SECRET, I scored 101 pts on my second game!! This is the first time I actually scored more than 100 lor. I actually set myself a goal to get 80 points and in the end I not only achieved my goals, I surpassed my goal!!For those of you who knew me, I SUCK at bowling big time. In fact, I don't even like to bowl because when I bowl, 8 out of 10 times, I will end up washing lanes for the bowling centre. So I never liked bowling. With this I would like to thank my team mates, JO, ZY and YL :D. I think we won because of our high spirits and morale and never ending encouragement and cheering for each other. Anyway I never had so much fun, laughed so much or cheered so much in a bowling game.


After the game, we adjoined to Quality Hotel for vegetarian buffet!! I simply adore the dim sum!! Its so difficult to find vegetarian dim sum, other than Ling Zhi (going to eat that later... With my TNT team... Wahaha). And after the buffet, we went KTV with JO, JON, REB, RAY, WY and S. REB, RAY and WY left early so the remaining 4 of us had the mics all to ourselves. Was damn funny cause we will stand on the settee to sing and sometimes dance and all. And the last 10 mins was dedicated to SCS dance and songs. Wahaha. I left the KTV sweating. S must be thinking: goodness, I come KTV with a bunch of ah siaos!! But he was very sporting n joined in the fun also. Kekeke.


Will be posting the pics for sat real soon. Have to wait for sis to upload the pics into the com. We I took so many pictures that the camera batt died on us. :p


And very soon, my blog will be loaded with tonnes and tonnes of pics, especially pics of me cam whoring. Haha!! Cause I’ll be getting my camera soon!! Have already settled on the model and brand that I want and now im waiting for SITEX to come. Woohoo!! I was still lamenting earlier that there are no more PC shows coming year end and I dunno where I should get my camera from and I really got what I asked for!! Its THE SECRET again!! SITEX is opening 30 Nov to 3 Dec, at EXPO!!

So far, I only know of 2 places selling this snacks... Isetan supermarket and Candy Empire. But Isetan is selling at a higher price. So get ur supply from Candy Empire. And trust me, u’ll love it, especially if you are a cheese lover. :)

Tried the honey mustard flavour yesterday... Very yummy too. me and sis still prefer cheese flavour but max thinks the honey one is nicer.

Anywayz, have you guys seen the xmas light up along orchard? Its beautiful. But I haven had time to slowly admire it though. This year’s theme is enchanted forest (if I remember correctly) and the whole of orchard is decorated with golden streamers. I personally think its very pretty, especially the glittering trees with golden leaves placed along the roadside. :)

kena complain

Sis told me that mum was complaining to her that she seldom sees me and have the chance to talk to me nowadays. Have been rather busy lately. By the time I reached home, mum usually is sleeping already and in the morning, I usually am rushing for time so no time to talk as well. She also complained to sis that nowadays seems that sis and max knows my schedule better than her. I protested to sis that im so busy lately not because I go out partying or go dating lor. 我是在做正经事.


Anyway, I think Im gonna take some time off and spend some time with my mommy dearest. I also realised that it has been quite some time since I have played with Ace and I missed playing with him, hugging him and carrying him. Though Ace is staying at my place now, but whenever I reach home, he is already asleep. And when I wake up in the morning, he usually is still asleep. So I guess mummy must be feeling the same way about me as I felt with ace ba.


Mental note: must spend some quality time with mum. Take her out for shopping or tea...

Well, since I decided to become a vegetarian, I’ve always hoped that there will be a vegetarian food store within my office building. So that on days when its raining, or when I dun feel like walking all the way to LP, I can have something to eat within the building. And my wish came true!!!


Last Friday, I went to buy some fruits for myself and I noticed this new café (alright more like kopi shop than a cafe) located on the basement. I went in because I saw that they have a variety of pastries on display and I was helping XZ da bao curry puff. So I went into the shop, bought the curry puff, make some small talk with the aunty, and suddenly the aunty told me: we also sell vegetarian. And immediately my eyes lit up. Good!! And some of their kweys are suitable for vegetarian too!! YAY!!


Actually I dunno why the aunty will suddenly mention that they sell vegetarian food. Hmmmm, maybe because I have the vegetarian look? Keke.


Anyway went down to take a look at the café today and they have vegetarian laksa and mee siam and lor mee!! Goody!!

Last fri night, after my AC training (cos I was serving SPS on sat), I went to da bau (last Friday is a da bau day) chai tau kwey back for max and sis. Being the very good sister, I decided to explore other parts of the hawker centre to see if there are other CTK stores so they can try CTK from diff stores. I went to the row behind and found a CTK store. I remember my fren told me that the CTK from that store is nice. So I placed my orders with the uncle. While waiting for my CTK, I saw the aunty cooking adding which looks suspiciously like lard cubes. :s so the smart me quickly tell the uncle: uncle, my CTK dun wan lard cubes one. Then the uncle looked at me and say: cannot, add already. Then I said: but uncle I am vegetarian, cannot take lard. Then the uncle told me: but all our CTK is cooked with lard!! So I said: then very sorry, I cannot take le. Cause I cannot take lard. At this point of time, the aunty cooking said: no, we add a bit of lard only!!


Wah lau. The fact is that you use lard to cook mah. Whether you use a whole drum of lard or just one drop of lard, to me its the SAME. Seriously, I am shocked there are still people using lard to cook nowadays. Not that I have anything against it, but its super unhealthy!! Even if I were not a vegetarian, I will grimace at the thought of it. Of cos I have to admit that its my fault for not asking properly first before ordering. So in the end, I apologised, cancelled my order and went to the other CTK store. This time I make sure I ask clearly first.


Note to self: never ever presume that everybody used vegetable oil to cook and nobody uses lard or ghee to cook anymore. 大错特错!! Always ask before ordering.

bo curtain

KNNBCCB!! My room’s curtain rail gave way yesterday. The whole rail dropped out. Wah lau. Months ago mum’s room’s curtain rail also dropped. And we only installed the curtain rail not long ago lor. Wahlau sibeh lousy lor. Must ask mum which contractor she use. I gonna call and make a big fuss. KNN. Luckily no one was in the room when the it dropped.


So now my room is curtain-less, which is freaking inconvenient lor. Arrhhhhhh. Also disturbs my sleep cause cause the room is so bright in the morning. :(


Max was saying the guys staying in the opposite block got eye candy liao. Grrrrrr. But I have used clothes pegs to clip the curtain to the grills already.

Months ago, I was very tempted to get myself a digi cam. But at that time, I tell myself that I will not buy a digi cam till I have achieved a certain goal I set for myself. Now months later, I have hit my goal, and I am going to buy a digital camera for myself as a reward. :D


So now its back to the “which camera should I buy?” question and the “where can I get the best deal?” question.


Actually I don’t need a very good camera since I just want a camera for my usual cam whoring :p. I am looking at something with the following specs:

6 – 7 megapix
Wide angle lens
With digital and optical zoom
Must be slim, easy to carry around in a handbag and the aesthetics must be pretty
Hopefully its not a model that my friends already have (yeah, I am mis-matcher)

yesterday jon (aka DNN) was saying i kept eating and eating and eating and my blog is always talking about food and he always feels hungry after reading. hiaks. :p


well, rest assured, DNN, u wont see food posts for awhile here because im doing the just 5 program detox programme...


and on the first day, i lost 0.5 kgs... second day i lost another 0.7kgs... woohoo...


before anybody start to nag at me y i still wanna lose weight, let me tell ya, 减肥是女人的终身目标!! and also, 没有丑女人, 只有懒女人. so i am putting in effort in my diet, rest, facial products and everything lah to make sure that i will look good always!!

lalala mian

I have finally tried the vegetarian la mian in Hougang!! Have been hearing max and sis talk abt that la mian store for so long but I never had the chance to go there eat till last Sunday :). was there with net and JW.


And it was GOOD!! YUMMY!! The la main is good... The soup is nice and very tasty!! The dumpling was good... The roti john (comprising of toasted bread and curry) was good... Especially the curry. Tasted just like curry chicken. toogether with the combination of the toasted bread and curry, its is simply heaven!! Lurve it!! loved the curry so much that i actually dipped my la mian into the curry for a taste of curry la mian!! And the guo tie was good as well... But I didn’t really like the xiao long bao. Wanna try the siew mai, zha jiang mian and the yong tau hu and next time im there. :D


after that we actually went for 豆浆油条 at geylang. frankly, the tau hwey there sucks, but the 油条 there rocks!! i miss rochor tau hwey and circuit road tau hwey... speaking of circuit road... i miss circuit road food!! *sobs*

TNT

Woohoo!! Yesterday was the graduation night for TNT!! And our team, TEAM 5 WON!! WOOOHOOOOO!! My heart skipped a beat when the govt announced that the 1st runner is team 10 (cos there are only 9 teams competing). But when team 2 was announced the winner, we know we have won!! The feeling of winning is damn shiok!! 灵芝, here we come!! Must really thanks everyone in our great team cause it is the effort of everyone that we have won. I think we are a fantastic team. I am so fortunate to be in team 5, with JC as our great leader and such great members like Amy, YF, SY and the others. I really learnt a lot from this TNT. But TNT has not ended. It has just began. Remember the TNT feeling, clatzz. And use this feeling to do everything that you do :D


Am looking forward to the TNT celebration next month!! Woohoo!! And then the beach volley ball competition next year!! Woo hoo!!! Time to buy new bikini!! Anyone interested for a game of beach volleyball?

vivo city

Finally went to the much hyped about vivo city on sat. well, it was big, really big, but its not a place I will go back again.


Firstly, from the carpark to the main mall is like walking a through maze. There are no signage or whatsoever to indicate that we have to get out of the carpark to get to the mall building. I heard an award winning Japanese designer did the designed. Wah lau, some kind of design it is. Might look nice but its not convenient at all!! Not to mention its quite a bit of walking distance.


The much hyped about GV cineplex is such a disappointment!!! The seats are soooo uncomfortable!! The back rest are too straight. I was twisting and turning in my seat because I was getting a neck ache (also due to the fact that I was getting restless and the movie was boring). And we don’t feel any air-con in the theatre!! The lobby of the cineplex actually feels much cooler than the cinema theatre itself. I will never go there to watch any movie ever!!


I think the only good thing I like about vivo city is that there are lots of cafes and eateries!! Keke...

Was mentioning about the boring movie that we watched. We watched Death Note. Its really boring. Very slow paced, no suspense, no hunks or babes to ogle at and it ended abruptly. When the movie ended, we were like “eh?? That’s the end??” so there is definitely a part 2 but in my context I wouldn’t spend $8.50 to go watch part 2.


Till now all the movies that I’ve watched lately sucks. Or probably my taste for movies have gone up (keke) or probable I simply cannot stand sitting in the seat for 2 straight hours. So I think I shall scrape the idea of watching a movie alone. Hiaks ;)

everything should be so easy

Went to lao di fang (near shaw towers) yesterday. Their 红烧牛肉面 is simply da best!! And their chicken cutlet, really taste like chicken sial!! Even R who is non vegetarian, says that it tastes like real chicken. Yummy yummy!! Wanted to try more dishes initially but because there were only the 2 of us, so there are limited dishes we can eat. The boss actually stopped us from ordering cause he says we ordered too much. :p

I’ll definitely be going there again to try the rest of their dishes like the crispy toufu, salad bun and their mushroom herbal soup. **drooling**

Am thinking of catching the movie alone. Then this would be the first time I watched a movie alone. Till now, I have shopped alone, dined alone and im fine without company. But watching movie alone is something I have not tried before. Hmmmm, might be a good experience. ;)

public apology

I owe someone a public apology here...


I, clatzz, of NRIC S8XXXXX5A, hereby apologise to Mr S for saying that he is a small eater here because he proved me wrong yesterday. Hookie, to do him some justice, he ate very little that day because he skipped his lunch, hence he has no appetite for dinner (actually i also dunno what warp logic is that. isnt it supposed to be the other way round??!!?? but anyway, this is his explanation la).


Last night S and I went indinine for dinner and because we I wanted to use the voucher, we ate a total of $40 worth of food. We had:

Waldorf salad - generous amounts of green apple, celery& rasins, sprinkled with generous amounts of grated walnut
Wedges with lots of lots of cheese dips - potato wedges with a slight herbal taste accompanied with smooth fragrant cream cheese
Mushroom alfredo - spaggetti served with cream sauce with loads of mushrooms and bacon bits
Braverol casserol - pene baked with assorted vegetables in tomato and cream cheese, covered with a layer of cheese melted into the pene
Chendol twist - chendol the ice cream way
Kudus to bananas - fried banana fritters with ice cream and chocolate toppings


And we finished all of them!! And S ate most of the food (did he?? Or did I do most of the eating?? I cant remember le). Anyway, I was super full after last night’s dinner because all the dishes are all very cheessy. But I like!!! Luckily I took enhancer before I took my meal and when I reach home, I quickly downed 2 packs of Fibre. And I can safely say that my dinner last night has been flushed out le... Kekeke...

FOCUS

Last weekend, although I only slept about 3 hrs per night, I spoke till I lost my voice by the end of Sunday, I clapped till my hands blue black, I rushed around till my whole body aches, but im glad I made the choice to serve.


Once again I reaffirmed myself why I want to spend so much time and effort to train, to be an AC.


As a translator, as I was translating what the speakers said, some of the words really hit me. Yes, they really hit me hard. I found myself staring at my own blind spots. Now its time to work those blind spots.


This time round, I really learned that FOCUS = REALITY. The power of what you focus on is so great. For that past 2 days, I really threw everything to the back of my mind and focused on serving and giving my best for the participants. And because of the undisrupted focus/attention, I am able to do so much during those 2 days.


Now I need to get back that focus for my own war... :D

how to make the cab drive drive faster

Last night, I took a cab home from suntec. It was past mid night and the fare was only $10.50. Previous nights when I took cab home from Suntec, also past midnight, the fare is always around $13. So why was yesterday’s cab fare specially low?? Because the driver was driving unusually fast. And why was that so?? Because I was practising my translation. :)


Once I settled in the cab, I took out my player and began to listen to my tapes to practise my translation. I tried practising as soft as I could but I guess the taxi uncle’s ears were too sharp. I saw that he kept glancing behind, at my direction occasionally. And the more he glanced, the more he stepped on his accelerator. Kekeke.


I remembered something similar happened the last time when I was practising my SCS dance in the cab. Haha.

its the little things

Knocked off late (again) last night and so was feeling tired, coupled with a headache. On the way back, I called one lady who got Fibre Plus from me on my previous road shows. She was very cute.


I asked her if she tried the Fibre Plus and she said yes. So I asked her how she find? Did she shit (pardon the crudeness) more often and she gushed:

Yes, yes!! Now I go toilet to shit about 2 – 3 times a day!! Very smooth!! I felt my tummy become flatter le!! But I haven weigh. Im going to weigh myself this weekend. Thanks thanks!!


She was sooo happy that her tummy got flatter and happiness and excitement immediately affected me. I immediately felt charged up after the call. It feels good to know that I have helped one more person. :)


Sometimes, its these little things like these that warms my heart and makes my day. :)

jobs alert

I am on the lookout for jobs. My resume is updated and ready. But there is only one problem... I cant get my cover letter right. I’ve been doing my cover letter for hours le but nothing I write sounds right. urrgghhh!!


Anyway, I'll have to wait till jan next year before I can quit my job else I wont be getting my bonus. Our HR has already given us the letter informing us of our bonus for this year but we will only be getting half of it in Jan and the other half in July. Damn KNN right? why do we have to wait for a good 7 mths to get our bonus for 06??


So if I wanna get the full amount of bonus, I have to LUN till july next year which is like another 9 months to go. I cannot imagine having to stay here for another 9 months. So most probably, I’ll go when I get my first half of the bonus. Unless... Im given a 20% increment...


So I can buy a bit of time but I think must start searching now because im also very particular about the jobs I will apply. I can afford to be choosy now. Hiaks ;)

Was on the train this morning and was staring at the BK ads on the train.


The ad was something like, at BK, you can have it your way.
You can ask for more tomatoes, no pickles, more mayo... Something like customizing your burger.


And it strikes me... What if I walked in to BK and ordered:

Give me a whopper, no patty, more lettuce, more tomatoes, more ketchup, more mayo and more more more cheese pleeeeaseeeeee.


Actually I done it before lor... But not at BK. I ordered cheese burger without patty at mac. Sis told me she ordered mushroom swiss without patty. The other day I was at mac dee’s drive thru with my fren. I was very hungry so I told fren to order a cheese burger without cheese for me.

fren: u sure?? Sure can order lidat??
me: can la... I ordered before... Don’t worry
fren: sure or not?? What if the cashier tot I was fooling around and slapped me.. How??

Knocked off a tad later last night. Took the lift down and on one of the floors, it opened and a guy staggered in. then he took a step closer to me and asked me what’s my name. I can smell beer reeking from him so I took a step back. Then he asked me if he can have my number. I told him no, and thank god (for him) that the lift reached the ground floor at that time and I hurriedly went out of the lift. If not, I would have given him my round horse kick in my 3 inches killer heels and make him 永远站不起来. KNN. Don’t think I pettit and sweet looking equals 好欺负. I am body combat trained okie. Don’t play play.

the BDS weekend @ MOS

Weekends used to be my rest days. But lately, my weekends filled with activities and appointments to the brim. But I rather it this way!! Motions create emotiions!!


Anwayz...


Attended Seng’s and Yilin’s ROM on sat morning. These 2 love birds have gone through a long way to be together and im so happy for them. Weddings or ROMs always bring a sweet tinge to my heart. Especially the part where the couple is to face each other, hold each other’s hands and declare that they want to take the other party as their lawful husband/wife, will love them unconditionally and faithfully throughout sickness or old age (something like that la..). For a moment, it even made me envisioned how my own ROM will be. Me in a pretty dress/gown, my “husband” (a blurred figure that looks like keanu reeves) in a dashing suit, exchanging our vows, and the solemniser saying: I announce you man and wife, you may now kiss your wife and ending with a congratulations, MR & MRS XXX, surrounded by our family and friends, and with a string quartet playing in the background. Awwwww. What a perfect scene. Attending too much weddings/ROMs can get you a little mindfucked sometimes.


After the vows, we adjourned to China town for lunch and during lunch. Lunch was good. There were lots of suannning and jokes going around. It has been such a long time since we had such gathering. the guys began to discussed about the programm for the night. They are planning to go MOS and aim is to get Seng drunk. I am actually not very onz about the idea cause I need to be at Chong Pang at 6.45am on Sunday and I also don’t club except when there are special occasions. Well but Seng n Yilin’s ROM celebration is a special occasion and the guys are all going so I agreed to go as well.


After lunch, rushed to Suntec to meet Kelly. She did a detox and lost 3KGs in 2 weeks!! She complains that now her pants are getting a little too loose. Haha. I told her to LUN!! When she achieve her ideal weight, then we go for a shopping spree!!! :)


From suntec, I headed down to the simei for dinner. Dinner was at sakae sushi. I finally tried their vegetarian menu!! Niceeeee!! But I felt that the variety was too little. Would be great if they have more vegetarian dishes.. But S is a small eater. Everytime I dined with him, I feel like a monster for eating more than him. :s


After dinner, rushed home, bathed, changed, dolled up. Good thing WX offered to come pick me up cause he has to work and will b going down late too. When I finally got ready, it was like 11.30? And we reached MOS near 12. Heh.. We had 2 tables in the Pure Room, loads of drinks. The seats were so comfy. We started to drink, talk cock and played games. That was the first time I went clubbing and never dance at all cos we spend our time playing lame games like 5 – 10, 007, 7-up, sisccors paper stone. At one point of time we even made the losers stand up and sing the BDS school song before they can down their drinks!! Super funny!! the most memorable game is still the 一只青蛙跳下水. I luffed so hard I cant even sit straight.


And my head got hit by a flying bowl (the bowl they used to put the nuts) and now I got a bua lo ku on my left forehead. :( what happened was this... I was happily gossiping with my power sis when I saw a chao ah lian walking past our seats... From the corner of my eyes, I saw her DIAO me and power. So I stood up, pulled her long dry bleached hair and ask: LI KUA SiMI?? She started whimpering and took the bowl on the table and whacked it to my forehead and I grabbed the chivas bottle on our table and smashed it into her head. She is in ICU now and her head required 20 stitches. Hurhurhur...


The above is definitely fictional. Not true lah (the fighting part). But I really have a bua lo ku on my forehead. Okie, what really happened was I was sitting on the chair happily gossiping with my power sister. There was a pillar with a step (sort of) behind us and there was a bowl on the step. So some KNNBCCB guy from the next table, either got freaking drunk or freaking high or freaking excited from drugs that he wove his arms so frantically that he knocked over the bowl. And the nxt thing I know is I see a bowl flying towards me and hitting my head. :(


Freaking pain lor. Wah lau eh. I really wanted to use the bottle to smash that f*cker’s head le but he kept apologizing. So being the generous and forgiving gal that I am, I decided to accept his apology and let the matter rest. But my frens were so sweet also la. The moment the “accident” happened, they all rushed to me, keep rubbing my head, asking me if im fine or not.


We finally staggered out of the club at around 4+. All of us except Seng were pretty intoxicated but not drunk. So actually we did not get to accomplish the mission that we set up to do. And that is because ah seng went MIA for a very long time (bey steady!!)!! Nobody knows where he was but we were sure he couldn’t have gone home cause Yilin’s bag was still with us.


I went home with terz, LJ n net. Net sent us back. Im surprised he is still able to drive. Haha. Finally reached home at 5am. Once home, I immediately cleaned my face, grab a handful of VP, swallowed it, on my kiko bed pad to lvl 3, sms my sis that im home safe and plonked down on my bed. Catching whatever sleep I can.


At 6am, WX’s morning call came. He just got home and I have to prepare for a new day, for the roadshow. We are doing road show at chong pang market!! An alien and foreign place to me. With only 30 mins of sleep, I surprise myself that I can still be full of energy during the road show!! Must be the indinine and another 20 VP I took while on the way to chong pang.


And I only had time to take a nap at 5+ in the evening. But only for like 30 mins and mum came into the room asking me to wake up n have my dinner first. :s


I guess this pretty much sums up my weekends. WX was sms-ing me and he exclaimed: wow!! U army trained?? U only slept 30 mins ystd. U are my idol!! And to that I reply: ok, I shall give u my signature the next time we meet.


But of course without Indinine, VP Kiko, Bed pad I don’t think I can even make it to the road show. Haha. Not to mentioned I also downed I big litre of kinertec water and bathed with Vitali-T showerhead before I left home. The shower really perked me up.

On wed night, QQ smsed me asking me if I wanna go dinner and then chill out cause she has been very stressed at work lately and she wanna find someone to bitch to. Yesterday, we confirmed our programs for tonight. We will be going gym for combat class later!! So much so for chilling out. Hahaha. We're 2 healthy pple!!

Took a bus ride home with sis last night and while on the bus, we discussed about my views on marriage. I told sis that very likely I wont be getting married in this lifetime.


Have I ever thought of getting married??

Yes. But that like every girl’s dream. Isn't it? Since we were young, we always dreamed that we will get married to a prince charming and live happily ever after. And I love weddings. I love to see myself in a pretty gown.


But that’s just about it...


Do I want to get married??

Urmmm... I don’t think so...


Sis says that I have probably not met the right person yet. I told her no. I cant see myself having to live with the same person, share a bed with the same person for the next 40 – 50 yrs of my life. I’d probably grow tired of the person after 10 yrs. Haha. Sis says I have commitment phobia. I value my freedom too much. Oh well, im a true blue saggi after all... :p


Anyway, I’ve already made up my good mind... By 28 (in 2 yrs time), if im not married, I shall move out of mum’s place and go rent a place and stay on my own. Time to be independent. By 30 (in 4 yrs time), im not married, I will give up on marriage completely.


Judging from way things are progressing now, I think that its highly likely I’ll remain a swinging bachalorette all my life. Till now nobody has been able to match or even come near to the top 3 criteria that I set. I also don’t set high hopes le... Hur hur.


Anyway, as long as I have my family, my sisters, ace, some popcorns, money its enough le... :)


Sis says: Ace and Allegra (my up n coming niece) very fortunate to have a rich and single ah yee, can buy lots of stuffs for them in future.

My office was doing some renovation works yesterday so this morning when I went to work, my desk and keyboard was pretty much covered with dust. And its disgusting to have to use a dusty keyboard because this means your fingers will be covered with dust as well.


Anywayz... So the first thing I did this morning when I came to work is to clean my keyboard and my desk. And I began to studiously clean all the dirt trapped in between those buttons when a delivery man walked in. though im not the admin nor the receipt, delivery/courier guys always like to come to my table because my table is nearest to the entrance. So I motioned for him to go to the admin, where they will acknowledge the receipt of whatever he was delivering.


And that bloody uncle exclaimed loudly: wahhhh... You so FREE ah, can clean your computer in office. Wah leeewwww, stupid uncle. Is it any of your freaking business whether I am cleaning my keyboard or plucking my nose hair in office?? Damn bloody irritating uncle.

Had a quiet night yesterday. Reached home rather early (as compared to my norm) and spend the night reading in my room and settling some bills. Feels good to be able to spend some quite time of my own. Sometimes I think my life is just too hectic that when I get quiet moments on my own, they seem like gold and I actually enjoyed them. I think maybe I really need to take a break. Go to some resort or island for a few days on my armed with some good books, off my phone and just enjoy the peace and do absolutely nothing but eat, sleep, read and enjoy the fresh air... :)

The renovations are still going on in my office and they are doing some paint works. The smell is giving me headache and making me sick. :(

4D special

Went to the cheers below my office to buy 4D just now and the Q is freaking long!! When I passed by the cheers store when I went for lunch, the Q was long. I thought it was due to the lunch hour and the crowd should be gone after lunch hours. But I was so WRONG!! I queued for a good 15 mins before I got place my bets. Anyway, since I queued so long le, I thought I might as well buy some numbers for myself (I was actually helping a friend to buy lor) toto for this Friday as well.


Well this is the first time I actually queued a good 15 mins to buy 4D. Usually I cant be bothered to queue and I will just forget about placing my bet. So I hope I do have some beginners luck tonight. And on Friday as well.


But I think Singaporeans are really obssessed with toto and 4Ds. When I left the shop, the Q is still as long. horrible. these people dun need to work. they skive during office hrs to go buy 4D (im exception ok :p ... usually i will never do this).


Anyway there is this saying...

In Europe, the people will have a quick lunch, then get back to their work.
In China, the people will have a quick lunch, then go take a nap.
In Singapore, the people will have a quick lunch, then Q up to buy 4D/toto

hosting stint

Today’s Monday, the beginning of a new week.


Feeling tired. Felt I have been working through the weekend. Correction: I HAVE been working through the weekends. Its hectic, but im not complaining. ;)


Hmmmm, my hosting stint on both days went well. Overall the organizers are satisfied with my performance. Hosting is not difficult at all but it is a lot of preparation and it really tests you on your AQ (adversity Quetion). But thankfully yours truly is well trained in AQ as an AC. :)


Imagine you are on stage, and the next performer has not arrived and you have to be on stage to stall time for 15 mins or due to some delay of some events, you are supposed to play games for a good 40mins or when you are about to start your game and you realised that the props for the games are not prepared. There is a a lot of 随机应变 and playing by ear to be done. The rule of the game is that there must never be a moment of The events person said that I got the potential and with grooming and practise, I can be as big as eileen wee. And I was like: who is eileen wee?? Hurhur. Anyway they say that they have captured me in recording but I probably need to be at the studio one of these days to complete my portfolio.


I definitely am considering being a free lance host. Anyway I should be doing another hosting for a bigger event in November. This time the allowance should be more. There should be more assignments coming. I know I did a good job. :)

memory down

My memory is getting bad lately. Yesterday I actually forgotten there was an AC session. When ZY called me to ask me if I was going for the training, I was like: what training?? I cant imagine I actually forgotten all about my AC training!! I ought to be shot.


Yesterday when I got home I realised I have forgotten to pay my card bills. Shite. Im gonna call the customer service and get them to waiver my late charge.


Was supposed to meet R after work yesterday because he wanted to introduce his friend, who is interested to know how to lose weight quickly and healthily to me. And I clean forgotten about that too.


I really cant believe I can actually forget such important things. Maybe R was right. He said: I think your head got too heated up while you were perming your hair. The heat probably killed some of your brain cells. :s


Anyway, will be helping my friend to host some mooncake festival event over the weekend, which will leave me $500 – 600 richer. I wont say its good money, neither would I say its easy money. There are easier ways to earn $$ in my context but I think it is good experience, good exposure and a good chance to know new friends. :)


Seriously I dunno why he will ask me for help since the only time he saw me hosting an event was more than a decade ago, when I was the host for our school concerts. Either I did a damn good job back then that he was deeply impressed and left a damn deep impression in his head, or he is really desperate for talents. :p Anyway I have someone who used to be a host to teach me the ropes. So im very confident I can do a good job. How difficult can it be right? Play some games, talk abit of cock (which is what I am best at) Plus I have training as an amcee and translator as an AC and AI. And plus plus points, I have a loveable, likeable and 人见人爱 face. :) muahahahaha (u may puke If you have eaten)

Was chatting to a friend yesterday about having kids. My view: kids are only fun to play with, but to take care of them is another different story.

friend: how many kids do you want?
me: zero. I have a nephew to play with. Its enough.
me: the only reason that will entice me to have kids is firstly, im curious how my kid will look like... And 2ndly...

starlight cinema

Went to perm my hair ystd. Yap, after years of keeping my hair long and straight, its finally long enough to perm. :D


I had wanted to do big kick ass curls but the stylist says that my hair texture is too fine to hold big curls. Sobs. Anyway, the whole process of perming lasted a good 5 hrs. thank god sis was with me (yep, we permed our hair together yesterday :D) and we can gossip and yak. I fell asleep a couple of times as well and sis was exclaiming: wah, like that also can sleep ah.... With all the curlers on my hair and the steam coming out from the steamers...


The minute my stylist removed the curlers, and I saw my newly permed hair, I said: I miss my straight long hair. Haha. I guess Im not used to seeing myself with curls yet. I’ve had straight hair all my life. Only difference is whether its long or short. The stylist laughed. But after styling and blowing, I begin to think I look quite good with curls. :)


Now I think I look damn good with curls. Kawaii!! Haha. The people who has seen me in my new hair do says I look pretty as well. **beams** And cant stop twirling my hair with my finger. Keke. My stylist says I need to take care of my perm else it will straighten very soon because my hair was bleached and curls don’t work well on bleached hair. Anywayz, my hair is not done yet. Am going back this Sunday to do colour and treatment.


After we were done with our hair, we headed down to padang to catch the starlight cinema. Sis won the tics from a contest and max couldn’t make it, so I tan dio lo... :p the pass says that we have to reach and be seated by 7.30. The movie will start screening at 8. By the time we were done with our hair, it was already 7. No time to eat but my stomach is growling. So we hurriedly went to the supermart, grab some snacks and made our way to citihall.


We reached padang at about 7.45. Big mistake. We should have went to take our dinner or buy something more filling to our stomachs than just a pack of nachos and a choco chips n nuts biscuits. We waited and waited and waited and waited and finished our nachos, and finished our biscuits but the event has not started yet. They finally played some commercials at 8 and only at 8.30, did the show started screening. By that time I was quite hungry already. :s went to the “food village” where they have a “wide variety of food” (as the organizers put it) to scout for food and sadly, their wide variety only includes:

Hotdog
Chicken burger
Beef burger
Tuna sandwich
Chicken teriyaki sandwich
Chicken wings
Pop corns
Nachos
Beer


Seriously the variety was so huge that I had a hard time deciding what I should eat... Nachos or pop corns (since these are the only things sis and I can eat) and finally decided on neither one.


We watched America Dreamz, starring Hugh Grant, Mandy Moore... Hugh Grant is so charismatic. I like charismatic man and I realise that the thing that makes a man charming and charismatic, other than their wit, is their eyes. Eyes that can sparkle and talk, and top them off with a killer smile. Awwwwww... It was a nice show. I enjoyed the movie. The best movie I’ve watched lately. :)


Ive been to one starlight cinema at fort canning years ago with my nana sisters. I actually prefer fort canning to padang. Padang is too bright. There are too many illuminated buildings with bright lights around. The atmosphere and ambience at fort canning is better. And the last time I went, before the movie starts screening, they have some local bands performing and also Kumar to do a talk show. So the waiting was not so boring. But yesterday there was no entertainment at all during the waiting time. We just have to keep ourselves entertained.


But overall its not too bad. It would be better if we brought more food and also a mat along. But the weather was good. Not too warm. The sky looks like it was going to rain initially but thank god it didn’t. But one thing though, the sky is hazy and we can smell smoke in the air. I think somewhere some part of indo is burning again.
