family holilay...

Am planning for a holiday with daddy, mummy, ah mah, popo, max, sis, ace and of course myself!! Sis and I will sponsor the travelling and accommodation costs. Was chatting with daddy that day and he said something about sponsoring him to Genting and then it strike me that it has been so long since we went for a family holiday. And ever since I started working, I have never brought mummy, daddy, ah mah and popo for holiday before so I thought this is a good chance to do it. It will just be a short over the weekend trip though (cos max and I don't really have much leave to spare), to get out of singaore and enjoy some family bonding time together. :)


So now I am now deciding where we should go... Have to cater to the elderly (80+ yrs old) and the young (1.5 yrs old) and make sure that there are activities that everyone can participate in and enjoy. I have the following places in mind:

1) Genting

pros:
Cooling weather
Daddy can go casino
Ace, ah mah and the rest can go theme park
Daddy has the genting world card

cons:
The theme park also nothing much
Other than the theme park and the casino there is nothing else. The shopping sucks.
Been there so many times le.

2) cameron highlands

pros:
Cooling weather
Can visit fruit plantation and fruits plantation
Can eat and buy fresh fruits from the plantation.

cons:
The travelling time can die.
Dunno daddy will be bored or not

3) sebana cove

pros:
Its near, and take jetty from tanah merah will do
There are fruit orchards and durian farm. Can eat fruits and durians till siao
There is an ostrich farm as well so should have enough activities for the elderly
The younger ones can go trekking

cons:
Never been there before so dunno how it really is
No cool weather leh


Hmmmm... Sis says just make a decide and go ahead lah since we are only going for a few days. But if wanna plan for a family trip then must make sure everyone enjoy mah, right? Anyway, anyone of you have any other suggestions or reviews especially on the sebana cove?
